This week we discuss the disturbing trends towards obsessions with so-called “onethingness”. We’ve all heard it. “This one simple trick”, “all you need to know is this”, “miracle supplement”, “this supplement changes muh life” “the right diet” “a new religion” “politics to fix it all” - we hear this line of thinking constantly, as if it’s almost a default state for the humanity of the day etc. But is this simply a symptom of what ails society at large? 

And how does vitality fit into this?
