In episode 2 of the new “Bio-Individual” podcast, we're going to explore the concept of the so-called language centres in the brain and how they do or don’t fit into the picture of self-change. We explore and give our thoughts on what this means in terms of how our brains are wired and the psycho-physiological effects that hard work can have on our bodies and experience. We're going to explore the basics of the bio-individual, and how language, proper understanding of language related to the total goal of self-transcendence. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, which is why it's so important to find a practitioner that is tailored to your individual needs.
